Where our Ingredients Come from

Ingredients simply. In the warmer months our pesticide-free vegetable garden provides the kitchens with an abundance of vegetables, salad leaves and herbs.

Suppliers

We always aim to use quality local produce and work with nearby allotment holders, farmers and businesses to keep food miles to a minimum and welfare a high priority.

Provenance and seasonality are, after all, always at the heart of our menu and keep our chefs continually inspired!
