Hay smoked Lamb belly

Goats curd, courgette, olive

Pickled Mackerel

Gooseberry ketchup, smoked mackerel pate, heritage beetroot, borage

Tasting of Rabbit

Leg spring roll, rolled loin, carrot, chamomile, tarragon gnocchi

English Pimms

Cucumber, Lichfield strawberry, orange, mint, olive oil
