Choosing the chef route was a big decision for Louisa, having thought that she would follow a dream into the RAF.
But, creativity took hold and following college and working in the kitchens of various multi rosette hotels and restaurants cemented the bug.
Then a job at Adam’s Michelin Star restaurant came, and an intense push into fine dining cuisine, The Wilderness followed, another fine dining restaurant with a more experimental approach to flavours where Louisa was able to develop personally as a Chef – just in time for MasterChef! Louisa’s success on the show sent her away with a humble mission to learn and develop into (hopefully) something quite unique.
