James Cochran is a chef like no other, heralding his mix heritage through his food, from the Caribbean to Scotland and his birth town Whitstable.
James grew up working at the famous Wheelers Oyster Bar, then spent five years at the renowned 2 Michelin starred The Ledbury rising through the ranks to become chef de partie and later sous chef at its associated gastropub the 1 starred Harwood Arms. James won Great British Menu 2018, and opened the doors as Chef Patron at 12:51 London.
