To celebrate a long awaited Spring, we thought an opportunity to run one of our sought after tasting menus was not to be missed.

Cornish Crab

Tomato & red pepper gazpacho, avocado, bloody mary, basil

Spring Lamb Rump

Artichokes, Jersey Royals, peas & broad beans, mint and wild nettle pesto, crispy sweetbread

Rhubarb & Custard

Cheesecake, doughnut, pomegranate
